Welcome to Shuhanlu. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Shuhanlu website, shuhanlu.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of products offered through the Site.

The Site is operated by LYLI Ventures LLC, doing business as Shuhanlu (“Shuhanlu,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, placing an order, or purchasing products through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. About Shuhanlu

Shuhanlu is an online store offering books, Bibles, Bible study materials, devotionals, Christian living resources, theology and doctrine materials, and other related products.

Some products sold through Shuhanlu may be sourced, stocked, or fulfilled by independent third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners. This allows us to offer a broader selection of products while operating an efficient online retail model.

Regardless of which supplier or fulfillment partner processes or ships an order, your purchase is made through Shuhanlu and is subject to these Terms and the policies published on our Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable law.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability, specifications, and other information displayed on the Site are accurate and current.

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been finally accepted or that the products are guaranteed to be available.

6. Third-Party Suppliers and Dropshipping Fulfillment

Shuhanlu may use independent third-party suppliers, manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, and fulfillment partners to source or ship certain products.

Depending on the product, an order may be shipped directly from a third-party fulfillment facility rather than from a Shuhanlu-operated warehouse.

As a result:

Products may arrive in separate packages.
Items in the same order may arrive at different times.
Packaging or shipping labels may identify a fulfillment partner or supplier.
Delivery times may vary between products and destinations.
Product packaging may differ from images shown on the Site.

Our use of third-party suppliers does not change your contractual relationship with Shuhanlu as the seller of the products purchased through our Site.

We select suppliers and fulfillment partners based on product availability, pricing, fulfillment capability, and other business considerations. However, we cannot guarantee the availability, performance, or continued operation of any particular third-party supplier.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We provide estimated shipping and delivery information on applicable product pages, at checkout, or through our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary because of inventory availability, supplier processing, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We do not guarantee a specific delivery date unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly stated on the Site.

We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill orders within the shipping timeframe communicated to customers.

If we learn that an order cannot be shipped within the applicable promised timeframe, we may contact you regarding the delay and, where applicable, provide you with the option to accept the revised delivery timeframe or cancel the affected order for a refund.

8. International Orders, Customs, and Import Charges

Some products may be shipped internationally depending on product availability and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Shuhanlu does not control customs authorities, import regulations, or customs clearance procedures and cannot guarantee that a shipment will clear customs without delay or additional charges.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information and for complying with applicable laws and import requirements in their destination country.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Depending on the circumstances, eligible products may qualify for a return, replacement, or refund.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect product, or appears to be missing an item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

Because some orders may be transmitted to a third-party fulfillment partner shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the request may instead be handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.

12. Product Availability

We do not guarantee that any particular product will remain available.

Products may become unavailable because of supplier inventory changes, manufacturing changes, fulfillment limitations, discontinuation, or other circumstances.

If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we may contact you to discuss available options or cancel the affected item and issue an appropriate refund.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LYLI Ventures LLC and Shuhanlu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site or purchase of products, including losses arising from delays, carrier issues, supplier issues, or third-party services, except to the extent such liability cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of a specific order or transaction will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Shuhanlu for the product or products giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

19. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, war, terrorism, government actions, labor disruptions, transportation disruptions, epidemics, supplier interruptions, carrier delays, customs delays, internet or infrastructure failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably possible, we will communicate material delays and work to provide an appropriate solution.
